Willy is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.

Willy has over 18 years of experience in the audit profession and has extensive experience in auditing companies from a wide range of industries, including trading, manufacturing, shipping, construction, information and technology, communications and entertainment, hospitality and services. His clients include numerous public listed companies and multinational corporations with operations in the South East Asian region, as well as Australia, Canada, China, Norway, Russia, Taiwan and the United States of America.

Willy has vast experience conducting internal audit assignments and has been involved in a number of special assignments including due diligence, special reviews, valuations, and initial public offerings/reverse takeovers (IPO/RTO).

Willy also has a wealth of experience with businesses operating in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). As Partner and Head of China Services at Moore Stephens LLP Singapore, Willy is responsible for coordinating the Firm’s services for clients with operations in the PRC.
