Vincent graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia in 1995 after completing a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) degree.

He has accumulated considerable audit experience during his tenure as a Senior Manager in two of the largest international public accounting firms in Singapore.

Vincent joined Moore Stephens LLP Singapore in February 2009 and has more than 14 years of audit experience, with 9 years spent mainly auditing and advising financial institutions such as banks and fund management companies. He is currently the audit director overseeing the audit of several public listed companies that are in the manufacturing, trading, property development and oil and gas industries.

He is a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA).
