Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and a practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He has over 30 years of public accounting experience in Singpore, Australia, the Middle East and the UK.

He joined Moore Stephens LLP in 1995, and was appointed a partner in 1997.

During his career with Moore Stephens LLP he has been involved in audit and risk management for various industries including shipping, agriculture, construction, and manufacturing. In addition he has undertaken a number of special assignments including due diligence, corporate restructuring and capital raising.
