Yiowmin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, as well as a Master of Business and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS).

Yiowmin has more than 13 years of public accounting experience in Singapore and the United Kingdom with various large multinational accounting and audit firms. He has accumulated considerable experience auditing large multinational corporations and financial institutions.

Yiowmin joined Moore Stephens LLP Singapore in 2009 and was admitted as a Partner in January 2010. Yiowmin specialises in providing assurance and advisory services in the field of treasury and financial risk management.

Yiowmin is a member of The Finance & Treasury Association (FTA), Australia, and a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM). Yiowmin currently sits on the steering committee of the Singapore Chapter of the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA) and the Young Executive Group Committee of the Singapore Shipping Association (SSA).
